Your back is a problem area but your neck is equally as important. When you’re using your phone loads of times every day that can lead to some serious neck problems. First off, you should try holding the phone straight up in front of your face so you don’t need to bend your neck forward every time you’re using your phone. You should also try to avoid using it when it’s not really necessary, it’ll stop you from wasting time during the day anyway. Adjust Your Car Seat
It might be comfortable to put the seat back and recline when you’re on a long drive, but it’s not the best thing for your posture. Pull the seat closer to the steering wheel so your back is straight when you’re driving. Try to keep your knees slightly bent and don’t lock your legs. Your knees should be in line with your hips. If you’re on a particularly long drive and your car seat isn’t that supportive, you can put a small pillow or a rolled up towel at the base of your back for extra support.
Get A Decent Mattress
This is one of the most important things if you want to have good posture. A bad mattress that doesn’t offer any support, you’re going to wake up with a bad back every morning and you’ll struggle to hold good posture.
