You probably have some really big goals, and really big goals can be scary and difficult to get started on just due to their large size.

I get it. Big goals are tough!

 

So today I’m offering you another option. Instead of tackling a big goal this month, what if we just did one little thing each day? And what if, to keep it fresh and interesting, each day was a different little thing? I bet that self improvement won’t feel so intimidating anymore. I’ll also bet that you will enjoy the process.

 

This printable 30 day challenge is simple to use. Print it out, write in the days of the month in the boxes, and then each day, do the thing that’s listed for that day!

 

These tasks are not hard. Maybe a little bit outside of your comfort zone, but definitely not hard. Most of them will even be fun, and a few of them will really make you think.
