Pregnancy and Birth Podcasts That are Worth Listening to

Pregnancy and birth podcasts are an excellent source of information for soon-to-be parents. Being able to listen to these episodes throughout the day was also super convenient. I use Spotify to listen to most of my podcasts. I’ve linked the podcasts directly to the websites you can find them on as well.

I wanted to document the podcasts I listened to while pregnant and preparing for birth to help others find important information. In this post you’ll find which podcasts I listened to and a few of the episodes I listened to from each one. Along with reading books and talking with my healthcare providers, listening to these podcast episodes helped me through my pregnancy and birth. I hope this information helps you too!
