I started out using a different nipple cream and it didn’t help at all. Then my sister got this for me and it helped so much with sore nipples from pumping. I was glad I had her to help me with my breastfeeding journey.

2. Bamboobies Washable Nursing Pads

A few days after my babies were born I started leaking milk everywhere! I got these and loved them. They’re super soft and comfortable. I preferred using these at home when I was able to pump often because they weren’t great if I was leaking a lot.

Nursing can make you extremely thirsty, so it’s important to stay hydrated. These insulated tumblers are super cute, have a straw, and will keep your drink cold. I prefer this over a water bottle.

These Motherlove More Milk Plus Pills are an herbal supplement that helps with increasing your milk supply. It’s a vegan product and has fenugreek seed, blessed thistle herb, and more in it. I had a lactation consultant in the NICU recommend these to me and taking them did increase my milk.

7. Boppy Nursing Pillow

A Boppy nursing pillow helps keep the high up for nursing. I liked using my breastfeeding pillow, but it wasn’t great for tandem feeding past the newborn stage. It should work longer with one baby though.

This Mrs. Patel’s lactation tea is a chai tea. I’ve reviewed Mrs Patel’s in more detail, which you can read here. I liked making this and mixing it with a little almond milk and sugar to make it a chai tea latte. Breastfeeding moms who are hoping to make more milk should try this tea.

Nursing bras are a must for nursing mothers. If the mom you’re going to shop for doesn’t have any or has old ones, then I’m sure she’d love a pack of new nursing bras.

11. Bamboobies Disposable Nursing Pads

These bamboobies nursing pads are disposable. I liked to use these when I would leave the house because they are more absorbent than the reusable nursing pads.

12. Multi-Use Nursing Cover

Buy here

These multi-use nursing covers are super cool. They can be used for many things, including a nursing cover and a car seat cover. Personally, I didn’t like using nursing covers, but I know some women do.

I did love these for car seat covers though. They’re good to put over your new baby to keep them warm and so people can’t touch them.

If mama is pumping, then she’ll go through a lot of these breastmilk storage bags and will always be happy to receive more. As a new mom I didn’t have a lot of time to go to the store for things like this, so I really appreciated when I got them as a breastfeeding gift.

16. Pumping Bra

Buy here

A pumping bra makes it so mama can be hands-free while pumping. This way it will be easy for her to do other things while pumping. We all know new moms have a lot to do and pumping can take away from it.

17. Lactation Cookies

I didn’t use these specific lactation cookies, but I’ve heard that they help you make more milk.
